In May 1999, Mandi started racing her Ford Escort in the Junior Division 4 cylinder bombers at Orange County Raceway. Early in 2003 her father purchased a mini-stock and she started running with the big boys on the asphalt at Orlando Speed World. In 2004 and 2005 she raced a limited mini stock schedule at Orlando Speed World until she and her team decided to purchase a Late Model. Mandi finished the 2007 season 3rd in championship points and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in the late model division. Currently:
